I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)
Interview
I had two phone interviews then I went in for a face to face interview. The staff were very nice to give me directions and encouragement. Also, there was a slight mix up in who I would be interviewing with, but they were very accommodating, overall it was a good and informative experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
I first met my recruiter during a Lunch-and-Learn event to get to know the hospital and units. I talked with my recruiter in person about what positions I am interested in. Later on, I was contacted by my recruiter and arranged another in-person interview with nurse managers. We had a great interview and I was taken for a tour of the unit by another nurse to have a better understanding of the position and working environment. I contacted my recruiter afterward and consulted the estimated time to know the result. A reference link was sent to me and I noticed that they'd like to give me an offer. After I completed the references, a written offer, and questionnaires were sent to me. I accepted the offer and waiting for the next step now.
