Interview
It was very disorganized. The interview times were different from what was confirmed and the interviewers did not put any thought into questions. It seemed their backgrounds in privacy was limited and unimpressive

Question 1
They did not come prepared with questions. One person asked me if I knew what a waiver of authorization was and after bring counsel to an IRB it would be difficult not to. It seemed like she did not know the answers to questions she asked and wanted legal opinions. Unimpressive.
