If you’re researching toxic and unprofessional CEOs, this company deserves a special mention.
The process started smoothly — HR shortlisted my CV, followed by a 45-minute introductory round. Four days later, I cleared a 2-hour technical round, after which HR shared positive feedback and informed me about a short CEO discussion.
That’s where everything turned into a nightmare. The CEO (also the owner) began the conversation by outright accusing me of having a “fake CV.” This, despite my 16 years of proven experience and being a Veteran. His tone was not just dismissive but downright abusive.
What became clear very quickly is that he lacked basic professionalism, manners, and even technical knowledge. He had no idea about BRDs or FRDs, yet felt entitled to insult and demean. At one point, he demanded I create a wireframe just to satisfy his ego, only to belittle it by calling it a “poor diagram.”
It was obvious his intent wasn’t to evaluate but to humiliate. After wasting nearly 3 weeks in this process, I realized this CEO thrives on disrespecting seasoned professionals rather than valuing expertise.
My strong advice: If you are an experienced or qualified professional, do not waste your time interviewing here. It’s not worth the frustration.
