Scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter/coordinator, in which she never called me at the scheduled time. I did receive an email HOURS later asking to reschedule for the following day. She was a no-show again the next day. No email or phone call apology. Extremely unprofessional, especially after explaining that I would be stepping away from my current job to talk to her.
