Interview
The interview process took over 40 days and in the end I received no feedback from the client. A positive point was that the recruiters already inform the budget amount even before the interview. This should be standard for any job opening. The whole process with Nearsure seemed to be well organized, but getting to the interview stage with the client will depend a lot on luck. If the client is organized the interview should flow normally. If the client is not organized (working with processes) you will be left without feedback from the interview, without knowing if you were approved. Basically they are: - 1 interview with Nearsure HR - 1 technical interview with a freelance working for Nearsure, without code challenge - 1 interview with the client's development team, without code challenge The client's development team didn't give any feedback about the interview, I haven't received any feedback in 21 days. When I ask the HR team by email they don't answer.
