Interview
The manager was generous and kind, lovely to get to know, had nothing but great things to say about herself, her experience and tenure with the company, the strong corporate culture she has cultivated within her team, that they are very close and bulletproof. She helped me through the interview process, provided clarity anytime I had questions, and showed a great deal of interest in growth of her current team, expressed items that she is actively doing to establish and grow personal growth within her team members - She seems like a really knowledgable manager. Anyone who has the opportunity work for her will be really lucky to have her as a guardian angel. She will have your back and support her team through thick and thin.
