Pros

Pay, benefits, and somewhat flexible.

Cons

There appeared to be a clique based culture marked by favouritism and nepotism. Additionally, management was often unclear about expectations and performance standards, which at times led to employees being told they had performance issues without first receiving clear direction, constructive feedback, coaching, or meaningful opportunities for development and improvement.

Pros

Pay is relatively good for oil and gas. Events, and ability to work from home. Flexible hours.

Cons

Benefits aren’t great, takes forever for claims to process. Leaders tend to give vague feedback, ask how your doing they say your doing good. Demanding job, with multiple tasks daily. Sometimes your asked to complete a number of tasks in less than an hour, cause the leader needs it right away, when they knew about it for a while. Tend to burn out quickly, say you can ask for help, but then its turned back on you on you not being efficient enough, or they make note of it in your performance reviews.
