Conversational one on one interview with recruiter. More or less discussed each aspect of my résumé. Went down the list of experiences and talked briefly about each one. Also talked about every organization and group i belonged to. The interviewer was asking questions from a packet and followings its guidelines throughly. Multiple questions addressed leadership and how I have displayed and encountered the quality.
