Phone interview with recruiter --> 2 in-person interviews. I believe most people had 1 in-person interview, but NM wanted to make sure that this was the direction I wanted to go in because I had stated in the first interview that I wanted to pursue an analytical finance role rather than a sales one.

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
