I initially applied for an Underwriter position with the company, passed the testing which consisted of analogies and some personality testing. Very odd stuff. I passed, interviewed for an underwriter position and did not get the position.
When I interivewed for the disability benefit analyst position I would have been required to take the same test given to me for the underwriter postition. Since I already passed I did not need to. I then met with HR for an interview and then was interviewed by a panel of three people who each took turns answering questions.
