Interview
There was an online application and survey for first round. The survey consisted of a personality test as well as prior work experience portion. I was called a short time after to set up an interview with the campus recruiter at my university. The in person interview lasted between 45 minutes to an hour and consisted of questions about my goals and ambitions.
