You will take a test that takes an hour or so to comple and covers several medical specialities then be accepted for employment via email. Next you will have a brief discussion with a recruiter who will give you tour aupervisors information.

the interviewer was nice and professional, easy to get through, asked great questions that were fairly simple to give responses to, she answered my questions as well. waiting for response.

Interview
Easy and extremely casual. Basically they will hire anybody. You are disposable. It's not so much an interview as a job offer. Unless you are clearly incompetent and unable to do the job, they will hire you.

Online skills assessment followed by phone interview. Because I applied over the holidays there was a 2 week delay between the skills assessment and phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and the interview questions were all fairly easy and straightforward.
