I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Austin, TX) in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview process was quite straight forward. A standard HR phone screen followed up with a couple of interviews with hiring manager and peer manager. Finally an interview with Sr. Executive. Overall very professional interviewing experience.

Question 1
None of the questions were very difficult. Overall, not a very difficult interview compared to many that I have been through. I'm sure the interview style depends a lot on the position that one is interviewing for and the interviewees.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nuance (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
HR person reached out to me Sunday morning and by Monday 10am had scheduled a meeting with the hiring Manager. And then for the next 8-10 days radio silence with no feedback even after repeated emails and 11th day I get an invite from the hiring manager for another round with no background. Attended the interview with the team member but the hiring manager was not on the call and after that again radio silence. Gave up after 10 days of waiting. Worst interview process where they have no respect for candidates and their time.
