The process started several calls with a recruiter (including a Saturday) that screened me of technical skills and personality traits. After submitting my resume to a mid-level manager, I had a phone interview with this manager. I passed the manager's interview and was granted an interview with the chief officer and a second interview with the manager (via video conference).
