O'Connor and Associates advertised for summer interns on my school's career page. I applied through their website, and I heard back in about two weeks. After a brief phone interview (the interviewer just asked about my resume and major), I was invited to an interview at the office in Houston. I arrived at the office after driving to Houston from my college's city, and was told at the office that the company had left a phone message that morning to tell me that my interview had been cancelled. I was initially very frustrated at the lack of adequate notice, but a kind HR staff member took pity on me and gave me an interview anyway. The interviewer just went over my resume with me, and it was over in about five minutes.
