ONEOK Director interview questions

Started with a phone screen with HR to coordinate a time for a phone interview with the direct hiring manager, which was setup a week later. Phone interview was very direct regarding the position and job responsibilities. There was a delay in setting up the in-person interview which was almost a month after the phone interview.
