A recruiter reached out to me about the position. We sent my application over to Kar Global's AutoVin team. I was told to complete a programming assessment and put it on my GitHub. Took 4-5 hours out of my day to complete this and sent it in THE SAME NIGHT it was given to me. I heard word from my recruiter that the hiring manager said "His project seems to be much better than previous candidates." Haven't heard a word since. The company seems to have vanished into thin air. Thanks for making me do a coding assessment that I did ON TIME and you take 1 month+ just to talk to me. Personally if I asked someone to do a service for me, I'd reach out to them ASAP and at least thank them for participating in the process.

The interview process was very casual and laid back. Asked more questions about projects and resume than specific technical questions. The guy who interviewed me was very nice and professional.
