I had three very conversational interviews with multiple members of the team I was to join. Everyone was warm and straightforward with me.
I did not find the interviews to be particularly stressful.

Asked about my background, why I wanted to join Okta and what I thought about the technology.
We talked about my previous work experience and how it related to the job description I was to join.
My interview experience for the internship at Okta was very positive. The interview process was well-structured, quick, and focused on relevant topics. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussion, which helped create a relaxed and engaging environment. They explained the role clearly, asked thoughtful questions, and were receptive to my responses. Overall, the experience reflected a positive company culture and a supportive team atmosphere. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the team and left the interview with a strong impression of Okta as an excellent place to learn and grow professionally.
