I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview process took about a week, I heard about it from my Mom who was about to return a purchase and she told me they were having a job fair. So I do whatever I can to prepare myself as this was my last chance to get a job this summer and I wanted to get it right. I apply online and even used a website called learnup.com (it REALLY helps) to understand more about the position I am applying to. Come Thursday and I'm one of the first one's there, two ladies were sitting at a desk and I am luckily interviewed by the nicer and more approachable one. She asks me basic interview questions (tell me about yourself?...etc) and some random one's (what makes you awesome?) So she tells me I should come back later in the day for a "non-traditional" group interview. I get there along with 10-12 other people and we have to present an outfit and sell it to them, answer some questions, look around the store and meet the workers there.
Long story short I didn't get a call back from them mostly because I was "too professional" some extra bubbly girl probably got it as well as the adults. Oh well..
