I applied online at an old navy near my home. Within a week I got a call from the hiring manager to attend a group interview. We played a lot of games. I was asked to bring an item that I was passionate about to share with the group. The main thing I feel they look at is a quirky personality because I had no retail experience. Just be fun and bubbly and you should be ok!
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
