Interview
Store tour, listening to managers talk about themselves for over 25 minutes. I then sat and waited until the actual store manager was finished interviewing someone else. He called me in and we spoke for less than 10 minutes about setting goals and working on a team. Received an offer on the spot.

Q: What is something you like and dislike about your current employer?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
