I was part of a group interview. They had six of us huddled up discussing scenarios and walking the store before searching for products. I know later, on after the years I worked there, it changed to single interviews.

They asked they group to read scenario cards of customers demands.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
Very easy and laid back. Mostly cared about my availability. It was a ground interview and they had us create an outfit from within the store. It was very casual.
