Gorup interview, had to sel something to customers. It was on the spot and wasn’t expecting it so it was a little nerve wracking, but overall it was a good and interesting experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in May 2013
Interview
It is an audition with personality questions plus a trail sales pitch. Now they do group interviews and group orientations to speed up the process and see how you do as a part of a team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Emeryville, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online, got a call a few days later and did a phone interview. Asked to come in for another one. Ended up being a group. Played a game where we went around the store and made an outfit for the theme "Date Night". Then you had to explain why you chose it and pretend that the interviewer was a customer and try to sell it. After the game, they asked basic interview questions. Took forever to get the paperwork through, probably because of the city-wide minimum wage increase. Probably took 3 weeks to 1 month. No drug test
