I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in Apr 2015
Interview
I walked in the store and went to a sales associate to tell her I was there for an interview. I was told to wait for others to arrive (I wasn't aware it'd be a group interview). I was the youngest of 4 females, being 17, and the others expressed they were in their final year of college (the oldest looking about 30). I feel the age gap was unfair. When the managers asked about work experience, I had the least since I was so young. It felt as if the managers id not care to hear me talk after about the 3rd question.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
