I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Burlington, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was a group interview to see how we interact with others. It seemed more like camp where they try to excite you about products. The interview itself was easy enough common sense wise. It seemed like a ton of work for what the pay was.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
There wasn't much of a process. I met with the store manager for approximately 20 minutes. Was asked very basic questions. She was impressed that I wore clothing from the brand to the interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2011
Interview
Internal interview process involves a half day session consisting of multiple interviews with all the regional general managers. Most of the questions are the same in each session, asked in a different order. They seem to already have "your fate" figured out before the interview and this seems to be a formality (I have completed the process in two separate districts with the same result) which must be performed before a promotion can take place.
