Standard interview questions, easy, groups of three or so for first and second group interview, then got the call to be hired. The questions were generally about company culture and behavioral, to weed out the people who would be patient enough and hard-working enough to work in retail. Past experience in any job helps but not required. Lots of high school students just looking for a job.
