Submitted resume to one of the Recruiter who contacted to discuss the skills set and salary expectation followed by a short technical phone interview with VP of operations. On site interview lasted about two hours; one hour each with VP and System admin.

Question 1
Couple of how do you resolve/troubleshoot technical issues type of questions. There was no behavioral questions at all and most of other questions were only what do I know and how much do I know.
