The interview process was very strange. You basically need to be referred. Once I got called by accident because they thought I got referred. The hiring HR was annoyed by the fact that I didn't get referred. The interviewer asked me again about that thing. Basically you waste your time here if you are nobody. Maybe it's scam since they announce the job opportunities publicly, but looking for someone internally. The process was also quite out-to-date. They ghosted me for3-4 months before contacting me again. They didn't even use some tools like Calendly to arrange the meeting. To add insult to injury, your role will not match what they described in the job description because it will be decided before you join. Your final role could be janitor even though you apply as software engineer.

I applied on Linkedin. After reviewing the profile, the HR contacted me for one assessment. 1-2 weeks later she sent me the assessment link. I cleared it and sent me a link for the technical interview with one lead engineer and one manager all from different countries. The interview experience was top notch. It was more of a discussion. I was amazed by the interviewers because they were knowledgeable. I got a call next day stating I have been selected for the position. But they did not release the offer letter. They kept me waiting. I called the HR multiple times just wanted to know about the status of my offer letter. She always said don't worry we will release the offer letter but it will be delayed. After one month she called me saying we may have an open position. She again discussed the salary and all. We also discussed about the joining date. But after 3-4 days when I again contact the HR, she told you won't be getting the offer letter. The reason she told their are candidates asking much lower than what you ask. Your expectation is very high. This is what the company culture is. Decision is yours if you want to join or not.

Got contacted by HR on LinkedIn. Interview was scheduled same day. Had one discussion with onsite team which was technical including situation based questions, cord java theory. It lasted around an hour. Next was soft skills interview which included general discussion along with behavioral questions.

If this is the culture then run away fast. Arranged Interview what was then postponed on short notice and then the new date was cancelled just 30 min before the call without any reason. No response at all on my questions if that call will be rescheduled or what happened. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

HR round - where it would be basic question related to your CV, notice period, Current CTC etc. 1st round - Operational interview where I have been asked in depth knowledge in working area and about my profile. 2nd round - Finance top level management, I have been asked for top level finance questions and audit related to questions.

Phone interview followed by on site interview jumping right into technical programming questions. Received offer by email within days but then received notice for cancellation of position due to internal restructuring

My interviews were in depth and technical. There were 5-6 rounds taken for me till VP level. Now management and process is changed. So interview process is also changed. One needs to crack an exam now and then only interview is scheduled.

tell me about yourself. Your previous job roles and title. Explain your work in details. It was good . this will allow you to apply yours skills and talents. it was one day process. questions were easy. they will check your skills and knowledge.

Three rounds , Two rpunds of technical and one hr. Mostly java based interview process .telecom domain related experience is preferable. If the candidate have knowledge on product catalog, order management,bss,collection and new age cutting technologies like camel, spring web flow,esb,telecom billing,anglar js,dojo got higher preference.
