I interviewed with the hiring manager via Hirevue on a Thursday. She had a list of very basic questions. She was friendly then told me that I would hear back that Friday and Monday at the latest. I waited and waited. Now over 3 weeks later no word. My application status still says "Interviewing". A week after the 1st Monday I reached out to the recruiter (she told me to reach out if I had and questions or was getting close to an offer with another company). There is still no response. I would suggest that the recruiters keep in touch. Especially in these times, everyone is looking for work. The candidate experience is real and we deserve to be kept in the loop.
