      Contractor/Implementation Project Manager Interview

      29 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Minneapolis, MN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Optum (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2022

      Interview

The interview process was pretty simple for this contractor role. They asked me a few scenario based and behavioral questions, and I was then allowed to ask a couple questions to the interviewer. The interview lasted about 30 minutes total.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. How do you handle stakeholders who do not agree on requirements? 2. How do you handle stakeholders who do are not engaged in a project? 3. What documents/tools do you normally use?
