I applied online. I interviewed at Optum in Nov 2022
Interview
First I received a Hireview interview. There were about five questions. I answered them and then I received an email that I will be contacted if Optum was interested in me. I then received an interview with someone that works at Optum and they were friendly and asked questions that were understandable and not too complex. A week or so later, I received an email from a recruiter about connecting with them. A couple of days later after giving the recruiter my availability that week they called me and went through my offer and answered any questions I had.
