Interview
Phone interview was scheduled. The communication they sent to me was that the recruiter would call me on the number I provided. I verified my number was correct. I had my phone ringer up and ready 5 minutes prior to scheduled interview. Scheduled time arrived. No call. I waited for a hour, frequently checking to ensure my phone was working and going back to the confirmation email to ensure I was not missing important instructions to connect with them. I waited an hour. They never called. I never received an email to cancel or reschedule. I emailed the recruiter but have not received a response. Very unprofessional. I know longer have a desire to work for this company. If that is how candidates are treated, I worry that the same inconsiderate attitude is portrayed towards their customers. I read a lot of negative reviews on this company. This just confirms the general perception of that the company is uncaring, unorganized, and a complete mess in their operations.

The recruiter was a no show for the interview so I never got a chance to experience their questions.
I went through 6 rounds of video interviews over 3 weeks. The process was fairly streamline, and the conversations went quite well but they ended up offering it to an internal candidate. It felt like they knew this was their plan all along and they were stringing me along to check a box. Not unusual unfortunately, but disappointing nonetheless.

I was asked primarily about contracting and sales experience.
Pretty standard, interview with HR screener then hiring manager and selected team members and stakeholders. Each person took a different approach, some behavioral questions. They also gave a background about their role.

Decent - if you count the act of having to interview 6 times with a presentation, technical exam, and then a 2 month hiring freeze and then an offer, decent.
