Interview was 45 minutes long with 2 rounds. Questions were specific to Health Insurance only. Few questions were not related to job, for example how do you manage your household chores along with job.

The interview process for the Claims Specialist role was challenging but well organized. Questions focused on claims handling, customer service, problem solving, accuracy, communication skills, and handling difficult situations under pressure professionally.
