I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Orange (Paris) in Mar 2014
Interview
Asked for a specific training program and Orange direct manager made every against me, with the help of direct HR, arguing that Orange had "Orange innovation school" and I should chose a training in the book. It ended up that I found a 1 day training only in this specific area. This was good and confirm my interest in this area, but too short to learn something more than my personal readings.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Orange (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2009
Interview
The interview consisted of an interview with the customer. I would understadn that if the positon was to work on customer site or psotion was integrated with the customer team. This seemed to want cusotmer buy-in. I found this odd and demonstrasted who management was soft on allowing this. Demonstrates a lack of management backbone - a soft management, that will bend to the customer's every demand. Very, very bad.

Question 1
Actually the very starnge questions came from the cusotmer in the customer interview. Questions were very low level for the position, almost insulting my intelligence
