I was initially contacted by their internal recruiter and had a phone screening with him. Then I had a phone interview with the Director of Application Engineering. After that, they scheduled an on-site interview. I got to meet with a lot of different people from the company. There was a coding exercise session and a behavioral interview. Overall the process was very slick and felt very welcoming. They called and gave me a verbal offer the same day (they expedited the process as I had other offers on the table already).
