5 Interviews in total, all planned and basically divided in 3 major areas:
2 Management: Promoted with Senior Management and VP level, product vision, processes, scaling problems, general technology and alignment with long term goals
2 Technical: Scripted interviews 30 minutes each to access problem solving strategy, technology touch points, nothing too complex for the experience
1 People Operations: Alignment with company goals, salaries and benefits explanations.
2 months to close the complete cycle.
