The interview process was very straightforward. I did an in-person interview at a conference, had a phone call post-conference, and then an in-person interview on-site. The first two conversations were with one person (the same person) and were very positive and enthusiastic. The on-site interviews, were back to back with two people in each. Also largely positive. One individual in my final interview was obviously in the interview with the goal of trying to throw me off by asking questions that were completely different than what the other interviewers had asked and were more about my personality than my work experience or qualifications.

Straight forward, asked behavior based questions and followed up after the interview. Had a tour of the facility. I was told they were finishing up other interviews and they would be in touch.
