I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Owens Corning (Fairburn, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The process was a mixture of formal and informal questions and process review. It was an overall enjoyable experience but was left with a sour taste after being told I need more experience after having been in the career field of engineering for 7+ years. I had to burn 2 days of PTO in order to make this interview happen - 2 less days I could have spend with my wife and family.

Question 1
The questions were very obviously fed from a "corporate level" style questionnaire and did not seem genuine to their process at all. I understand this is usually the standard for most companies interviewing but it lacks personality and direct comparison to the job role
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Owens Corning (Aiken, SC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Phone screening by recruiter, followed by a teams meeting with the direct manager, it was very casual and easy going. 2 weeks later, an onsite tour, one on one interview with your direct manager, which is very structured and a panel interview with the line managers.
