In my personal interview process with OxBlue, everything was very quick and succinct. I first had an over the phone interview with HR, followed by a testing phase that included a skills/logic and personality tests.
I received a call asking if I could come in for an interview with HR and two of the managers that I would report to. All three interviewers were very fair with their questions and gave a good foundation of what I should expect of OxBlue.
I then had a follow up interview with the Director of Client Support, continuing to answer questions about my background and personality. I was given more in depth descriptions of the day-to-day, wanting to make sure that I was aware of how the company works and that I would be comfortable in the position if they chose to move forward.
I immediately had a follow up interview with Chandler, the CEO, where he asked a couple basic questions asking about my background. He was more interested in my personality and my fit over my background. He stated that he wanted to get to know me more, as he trusted his team to evaluate my professional background.
Within a week, I received my offer, which I accepted.
