A one-hour written test followed by a one-to-one interview. The written test includes some textbook copyediting/ reviewing and a DSE-like writing task. The written test was fairly easy, and the interview was fairly casual and straight to the point.

they offered a good range of questions to check your competency within your previous work experience and to check how you will translate your skills to this new workplace. there are common questions like why you applied for the job, why you think you're a good fit, why OUP, and some hypothetical situational questions.
