Interview
Started off be her telling me about the job work schedules and the information on my application, lot of information to take in at once. Then went into interview questions. Lasted about 40 minutes all together
I was asked why I want to pursue this role, and I’ve been informed that there are many candidates currently on the waiting list. They confirmed that they would like to proceed with me further when the next training session begins and got my number on the system
My interview was over the phone, and they only asked pretty basic questions - why would you want this job? have you had any experience working with kids? how long would you be available for?
