I applied online to three different location, and one called me back a few days after I applied. Scheduled to interview with the manager of that location. Second interview was scheduled with the boss of that manager. Got a call one hour later after my second interview and was told I got the job!

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
