It really is not that bad. I think that the process is super straight forward. Not much to worrry about if youre looking for a job, whether it be part time or full time.

They ask you to tell them a little but about yourself such as education, hobbies, experience, etc. Then they ask you questions that relate to various challenges you may encounter while working

Describe how you have overcame a difficult challenge
the process was easy. while I was getting interviewed they asked me basic questions involving different functions of the kitchen staff as well as my previous roles at other jobs.
Interview in person with the manager at the store. Will ask questions about who you are and what culture you are looking for in the job. Tells you about job expectations.
