I applied online through their company website which nothing stated about having experiences background in restaurant management, but bachelor degree. Within few days, one of the ACO contacted me by email for interview. We confirmed for interview location, date, and time. I went there, it was an open house interview. I waited for over an hour than my interview time. She asked for my resume, didn't have it with me, thought she got all my info when I submitted online. She didn't even try to print it hardcopy or something. When she asked about management experience I said none, and I think it went downhill from there. Very unprofessional. Waste of my time.
