One informal interview that led to a formal interview. And then a job offer which I had to wait for a background check. The check came in within 24hrs and I was called back with a formal offer with the pay and full or part time choice. The manager was more laid back than other interviews but was proffesional .

Can't apply in store only online, receive phone call asking which time is best for interview, arrive for interview and wait for the Assistant or General manager (might take time if busy), after interview will either receive a call or not saying you have the job.
