Interview
It was pretty straight forward, quick, and slightly informal yet intimidating. They sit across from you at a dining table and ask you about your character and history. If you don't answer them in a way they like their facial expressions and follow up questions will def show their confusion/disappointment.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
