      Analyst Interview

      11 Feb 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parks Associates (Dallas, TX)

      Interview

Because this is a small company, there were no background checks or drug testing. The main criteria seemed to be if management liked the candidate as there were almost no questions on skills or accomplishments. A short presentation was requested, followed by an offer.
