Casual vibe interview or conversation with the manger! They’re looking for customer service experience and people who are flexible. They never got back to me on if I got the position or not so I am assuming that they have decided to go a different direction.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a recruiter screening over the phone followed by a zoom interview with who would be your team leader, an interview with the regional manager and the final interview is with a panel of who would be your colleagues. They like to move quick. Interviews were scheduled shortly after one ended. I completed all within 2 weeks.
