Interview process was great but they have too high of expectations and they don't care about you at all. I started interviewing in April, made it to the final round where I had to come into the office for 4 hours, do a presentation in front of 12 people, and then shadow the current reps. Everyone was super nice, but after all that, I didn't get the job, and the managers whom I had many conversations with, didn't even have the guts to reach out to me or tell me themselves. They made the recruiter I was working with call me after hours and tell me, and they ignored my messages that I had sent to follow up (before they told me I didn't get the position)

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycom (Troy, MI) in May 2025
Interview
Interviewed for the Troy, MI office. The interview process moved swiftly with purpose. Screen call > Manager 1 > Manager 2 > In office (they give you a change to prove yourself to the team). The team is full of energy and everyone seems successful, from what I saw there is a good amount of upward mobility. Everyone was a pleasure to work through the process alongside.
