I interviewed twice with Paycom. The first time, I was told I would be contacted with follow up for a phone interview. Never happened.
The second time I applied, I received a phone interview and then a web interview. Again, I was told I would receive follow-up communication.
Paycom is extremely unprofessional in their hiring process and will not give you any feedback on why they will not continue. Not even a denial email.
